Nolan Gould began his career at the age of three doing commercials. He stars as Luke Dunphy on the popular TV show "Modern Family," in which he has won a Screen Actors Guild Award for Best Ensemble in a Comedy Series along with the rest of the show's cast. He has also appeared in films like "Ghoul" (based on the novel by Brian Keene) and "Space Buddies." He has also been in TV shows "Eleventh Hour" and the movie of the week, "Sweet Nothing in My Ear."

Gould has trained with Patrick Malone and Lisa Picotte for years, focusing on scene study, cold reading and improv.

Gould is a member of Mensa, and as of 2012, had accelerated six grades in school. Gould graduated High School by studying during the summer and now plans on taking online College Courses.
