Nooshin Behroyan is the Founder and CEO of Paxon Energy & Infrastructure Services. Behroyan graduated with a B.A. in Architecture from UC Berkeley and an M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UC Davis. She also completed UCLA's MDE program. In addition to her professional achievements, Behroyan is a professionally trained piano player and has played for the U.C. Berkeley Jazz Ensemble.
