Katz specializes in vendor compliance, financial penalty chargeback mitigation and reduction, supply chain execution, performance metrics, and enhancing customer and supplier, contract manufacturer, distributor/3PL relationships. After a progressive 11-year technology career, Katz branched out on his own in 1996 and founded his consultancy, Katzscan Inc. His clients include CPG firms selling in the retail vertical via a combination of B2B, B2C, or D2C. Katz has also helped companies in staffing, publishing, manufacturing, distribution, pharmaceutical, and other industries.
