Noureen DeWulf

star of Oscar Winning short West Bank Story, Oceans 13, The Comebacks

Born on February 28, 1984, in New York City, Noureen DeWulf has always been passionate about acting. Although it wasn’t until she began attending Boston University’s School of the Arts that she began to seriously pursue a career within the industry.

After graduation, Noureen hit the auditioning circuit with a vengeance, and in 2005 she landed a starring role in a short film entitled West Bank Story. The movie, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival, went on to win an Oscar for Best Short Film at the 2007 Academy Awards and opened a lot of closed doors for Noureen.

After landing roles on such TV shows as CSI: NY, Girlfriends and Numb3rs, Noureen made her movie debut in the 2006 comedy American Dreamz alongside bona fide stars like Dennis Quaid, Mandy Moore and Hugh Grant. Later that same year, Noureen took on the role of Poo Poo in the raunchy comedy Pledge This!, and found herself acting opposite no less than Paris Hilton (the film also features hotties like Sofia Vergara, Carmen Electra and Sarah Carter).

2007 looks to be Noureen’s busiest year yet, as the actress has several films awaiting release. In addition to an appearance in Ocean’s Thirteen, Noureen is popping up in a horror movie called Killer Pad (directed by Freddy Krueger himself, Robert Englund), the independent comedy Americanizing Shelley, and a football comedy called The Comebacks.
