Olga Yurkova is the Cofounder of StopFake.org, a Ukrainian organization that trains an international groupt of fact-checkers to try and stop propaganda and misinformation in the media. Yurkova edits the Context and Opinion sections of the site, and teaches audiences how to identify fake news.

She was named a TED Fellow in 2018 and in 2017 she started a project called Forbidden Facts alongside Maarten Schenk and Jordy Nijenhuis. Forbidden Facts is a site that fights fake news with fake news and explains how clickbait headlines spreads fake news online.
