Omar Khan is the Chief Product Officer at Magic Leap in charge of the company’s product, solutions, and service strategies. As part of Magic Leap’s leadership team, Omar is one of the creative minds that is helping make the Magicverse magical. Prior to joining Magic Leap, he was the President of Enseo, a privately-held firm focused on providing technology solutions for hospitality.

He was named among Fortune Magazine’s 36 “most powerful disrupters” — and nominated by Androinica as Android Person of the Year

Previously, Omar was President & COO of Round Room LLC, a privately-held holding company and served as co-CEO of NQ Mobile, a leader in mobile gaming. He was also managing director and global head of the Mobile Center of Excellence at Citigroup, and held several senior executive roles at Samsung Mobile, including its Chief Product and Technology Officer, where he helped to lead the company’s transition to the Android platform and the launch of its first two generations of Galaxy devices.

Omar currently serves on the Board of Industry Leaders of the Consumer Technology Association and the advisory board of Enseo. He is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and currently serves on the executive board of YPO International’s Fine Dining Network.

Omar graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering. He completed his graduate work in System Dynamics in conjunction with MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
