Orsolya Kovács is a fresh Associate at The Boston Consulting Group in Budapest.

Previously, she has worked at the World Economic Forum, supporting the development and execution of a world-class leadership programme, the Global Leadership Fellows.

Prior to the Forum, she worked on CSR and marketing in Japan, gaining a better understaning of Japanese business culture and economy. She is also a former Global Director of AIESEC International, the world’s largest youth run organisation. In this capacity she designed strategies to develop over 60.000 young people across the world, and supported organisational development in 20 countries in Central Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean.

Orsolya holds a Masters Degree in International Economics from the Corvinus University of Budapest. She enjoys non-conventional travelling, mountain sports, writing, and reading everything from science fiction to The Economist.

Eventually, she would be interested to shift career towards public policy making and politics, so she follows these topics closely in Hungary and Central Eastern Europe in her free time.
