Oscar Decotelli, an economist with over 25 years' experience in the financial markets, is the CEO of DXA Group, the first 100% digital asset management firm in Latin America. In this role, Decotelli and DXA work to empower financial advisors, wealth managers and investors by providing, through technology, access to private market opportunities, the asset class that has created the most wealth in history.

Decotelli is the first Black founder of an investment firm in Brazil and led the company to the country's first notable fintech exit in 2008, which generated significant returns. He has raised more than $1.5 billion for investments and managed capital for clients in more than 20 countries.

Decotelli is a recognized speaker on private investments, the wealth tech revolution, diversity and inclusion, Latin America, family offices and natural resources. He has spoken at more than 100 events worldwide, such as at The Milken Institute, and is a frequent guest on Bloomberg TV and other prestigious media platforms.
