Paul Allen Smith is a highly recognized garden and design expert. Smith founded the design firm P. Allen Smith & Associates and manages his historic home, Moss Mountain Farm, in Little Rock, AR. He currently hosts three television programs including P. Allen Smith's Garden Home, P. Allen Smith's Garden to Table, and P. Allen Smith Gardens. Smith is also an esteemed garden and cookbook author. He has written the Garden Home series which included Bringing the Garden Indoors: Container, Crafts and Bouquets for Every Room and a cookbook titled Seasonal Recipes from the Garden.

Allen Smith has been featured in national publications and he has appeared on a number of programs including The Weather Channel, the CBS Early Show, and NBC’s “Today Show.” He has won many Taste Awards for his television programs and in 2015 he was inducted into the Taste Hall of Fame. Smith has had a lot of impact in conservation. He founded the Heritage Poultry Conservancy and works with Kids Plant it Earth to educate future generations about conservation.
