Pam Kimmet

Ms. Pamela O. Kimmet, also known as Pam, has been Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. Ms. Kimmet and her team are responsible for developing and implementing a range of initiatives focused on ensuring Lucent has the talent and work environment that enable Lucent Technologies Inc. to develop and deliver leading edge solutions for its customers. She served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Coca-Cola Refreshments USA, Inc. (formerly Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc.). Ms. Kimmet served as the Senior Managing Director and Head of Global Human Resources of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. She served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources of Alcatel-Lucent USA, Inc. (alternate name Lucent Technologies Inc.) from 2001 to 2006. Ms. Kimmet joined Lucent in 2000 as Vice President, Compensation, Benefits & Health Services. While at Citigroup, from 1996 to 2000, Ms. Kimmet held various leadership positions of increasing responsibility in it's compensation and benefits department, culminating as vice president and director of compensation and benefits. Ms. Kimmet lead the Compensation and Benefits team for Citigroup, supporting the successful integration of these programs and their administration following the 1998 merger of Citibank and Travelers Group. Before joining Citibank in 1994, Ms. Kimmet spent 14 years with General Motors, holding increasingly responsible roles in various human resource roles across corporation. Ms. Kimmet has been the Chairman of the Board of National Business Group On Health since July 15, 2009 and as its Director since March 2004. She serves on the Board for Cornell University's Center for Advanced Human Resources Study. Additionally, Ms. Kimmet is a member of the Personnel Roundtable and the Conference Board's Executive Compensation Council. Ms. Kimmet is a member of Rutgers University's Board for the Center for Human Resources Strategy and the Executive Masters in Human Resources Leadership Board. Ms. Kimmet earned an MBA from Michigan State University through the school's Advanced Management Program and holds at BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
