Pamela Bardhi is a dynamic serial entrepreneur based in Boston, Massachusetts. She is a residential real estate developer, real estate agent and a small business owner. Her main company, Bardhi Investment Group, specializes in residential real estate investment and redevelopment in the Boston area. With over $10 million in assets and full scale renovations in the last 4 years alone, B.I.G holds a remarkable title in the Boston real estate development industry.

Bardhi's personal real estate agent career surpasses over $25 million sold in real estate assets. She also owns a small business in Boston, Ria Cafe, an ice cream cafe that serves up delicious ice cream and smiles to all those who attend. As a Stonehill College Alum, she is very passionate about inspiring others onto the path of entrepreneurship as well as giving back to her Boston community. Bardhi currently teaches Entrepreneurship with the YMCA Young Achievers program held at Northeastern University, is in pursuit of becoming Massachusetts' current youngest female general contractor in addition to all three companies that she owns and operates.
