A thought leader for business success, Meyer is the author of five books on agility, innovation, and learning, including her newest book, Staying in the Game: Leading and Learning with Agility for a Dynamic Future, and The Agility Shift: Creating Agile and Effective Leaders, Teams and Organizations and From Workplace to Playspace: Innovating, Learning and Changing Through Dynamic Engagement, as well as the creator of the Agility Shift Inventoryâ„¢. She has also contributed chapters to edited books on transformative learning and written numerous articles and papers.
Specializing in leadership and team development, Meyer helped design the new manager training program for T-Mobile, based on The Agility Shift. The program recently received national attention with a Brandon Hall HCM Excellence in Learning award in the Best Unique or Innovative Learning & Development Program category.
A Certified ScrumMaster®, Meyer also helps leaders, teams, and organizations adopting agile frameworks, and initiating scaled agile transformations, to make the necessary mindset and practice shifts to energize engagement and realize results.
In addition to working with organizations, Pamela Meyer brings two decades of experience teaching business agility, organizational change, and adult learning at DePaul University in Chicago, where she served as director of the Center to Advance Education for Adults.
When not speaking or consulting, Pamela maintains her own agility through amateur ski racing and is a four-time NASTAR national gold medalist.
