Pamela Wiznitzer, esteemed in the New York City bar industry since 2006, has been pouring her passion into every drink she creates. Currently, Wiznitzer oversees the beverage programs for the Big Apple Circus and The Lookup rooftop bar, and she was previously found at the award-winning (World’s Best New Bar and Best Drink Menu) The Dead Rabbit in the Financial District. Her dedication and skill have earned her numerous recognitions. She was nominated for the "American Bartender of the Year" award in 2014, 2015, and 2016, and she was named "2014 Bartender of the Year" by the Village Voice. In addition, Wiznitzer was inducted into the "Dames Hall of Fame" in 2015 and was recognized as one of Food & Wine Magazine's top 10 Rising Star Mixologists and one of Wine Enthusiast Magazine's "40 Under 40" in 2015.

As an active member and former President of the New York City chapter of the United States Bartenders Guild, Wiznitzer is committed to her pursuit of knowledge. She holds a Master's degree in Food Studies from NYU’s Steinhardt School and often presents her research at seminars and conferences with topics including Women and Whiskey and Safety, Laws, and Legalities of being behind the bar. Moreover, Wiznitzer excelled in the rigorous Beverage Alcohol Resources 5-day program, earning top honors by passing the course "Bar Ready."

Wiznitzer's expertise extends beyond the bar counter. She regularly contributes to various publications about the spirit and alcohol industry. Her insights have been featured in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Esquire, and more. Wiznitzer has also made media appearances on the Food Network, Vh1, NBC, Fox & Friends and is frequently seen as the bartender in residence on Build Series's "MonetXChange Rate" program.
