Pat Dolan is a Sales Coach, Speaker, Emcee, Entrepreneur, and “Armchair” Economist. He currently works with Express International, Inc., the largest franchised staffing company in the world, with 850 franchises in the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa, and $4.5 billion in annual revenues. In his role, Dolan acts as an internal business and sales coach to 20 Express Employment Professionals franchises in the Chicagoland area, helping grow their businesses through sales, strategy, marketing, team management, hiring & leadership.

Dolan brings a unique combination of professional career experiences to his passion for employment and workforce economics. He started his career on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange trading floor, eventually moving on to financial reporting firms Reuters and Dow Jones, and a decade in the financial markets. This founding, interspersed with 20 years in staffing industry management with Express, Kelly Services, Adecco and Olsten Staffing, gives Dolan historical and present-day perspective of the how the economy and employment are continually intertwined and applying pressure on each other in the workforce marketplace.

Dolan is also the creator and founder of two online stores, ChicagoFlagGear.com and ColoradoFlagman.com, offering unique merchandise that celebrates the exceptional love affairs Chicago and Colorado have with their flags.

Dolan earned his MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, and has a BA in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA. Dolan is a past-President of the Illinois Search & Staffing Association (1999-2000) and resides in Chicago.
