Patricia (Terrasi) Konjoian (the sister afraid of success) is an a videographer and speaker with more than 20 years experience. The mother of three children, Julianne, Jennifer, and Michael, she resides in Andover, MA, with her husband Michael and one not-too-bright but lovable dog, Rocky. Patty and sister, Gina received a 2008 Heroes in the Fight award from the National Alliance on Mental Illness Massachusetts for their work in providing exemplary care and dedication to those affected by severe and persistent mental illness. They speak around the country at colleges, and various mental health, autism, and parenting conferences, including The Federation for Children with Special Needs, NAMI national and state conferences, Childrens Hospital, and the Autism Society of America. Patty and Gina are also the 2011 recipients of the YWCAs Tribute to Women Award.

Patty and Gina are also hosts of the The Imperfection Connection on the Internet based, Family Network TV.
