Pat is the Global Leader for Mercer's Multinational Client Group and architect of Mercer's When Women Thrive program. For most of her 25-year career, she has developed and delivered innovative work in the area of people strategy, talent management and workforce engagement. Pat joined Mercer in 2005 and prior to her current role, she was President - North America Region. Prior to that, she was President of Mercer's Global Talent business, and Chief Marketing and Sales Officer before that. Previously, Pat led Mellon HR Services and held various P&L leadership roles at Towers Perrin. Over the past six years, Pat has advised the World Economic Forum (WEF), playing a key role and driving Mercer's involvement in multiple projects. She has been recognized by Consulting Magazine as one of the nation's top 25 consultants (2012) and named among Women Worth Watching in 2010 by Diversity Journal.
