Patrick Bloss is currently an engineer at Apple. Previously, Bloss oversaw production of transmission components at a Ford factory in Sharonville, Ohio. He led successful projects to improve quality and reduce factory waste. Under his leadership, for instance, Ford cut its manufacturing scrap rate by 46 percent, saving the company a projected $3 million through 2023.
