Patrick Dossett spent 9 years serving as a US Navy SEAL, taking on various leadership roles during his service. Following his service, Dossett earned a bachelor of science degree in Oceanography from the U.S. Naval Academy and a master’s in business administration from the Wharton School of Business as a Tillman Military Scholar. His career continued to flourish in the fields of technology and non-profit, where he dedicated his efforts to creating positive change at scale.

After spending three years at Google, Dossett currently serves as the CEO of Madefor, a company he co-founded. Madefor is a ten-month program that harnesses the proven power of neuroscience, positive psychology, and health and wellness to elevate individuals' mental and physical baselines while cultivating a mindset for peak performance. Dossett, along with his partner Blake Mycoskie, founder of TOMS shoes, work alongside a team of leading neuroscientists, psychiatrists, physical therapists, life coaches, and wellness experts on their mission to help individuals unlock their full potential.

In 2023, Dossett authored "The Madefor Method," a step-by-step guide designed by world-renowned experts to help you get better at doing your best. Additionally, he hosts the podcast "Basecamp with Pat Dossett," which aims to distill the science of wellness and human potential into actionable steps so that you can live your best life.
