Early in his career he was placed in the #1 sales territory in the company out of 300 reps with Johnson & Johnson Medical and was promoted three times in a 4 year period. He has a Masters in Business and has spoken to over 1200 audiences. He is an author and developed the concept of Radical Attraction Business Growth™, a new and unique approach to growing your business and getting more of what you want in your life.

Patrick has had success in real estate and as a business owner. He left the corporate world after much success and has worked as an entrepreneur since 1990. He took a six month sabbatical in 1995, traveled through Costa Rica, and did what he asks his clients to do, get very clear on what makes them unique and set a direction from that uniqueness. He founded his own speaking business in 1996 and reinvented his business in 2007.

As a speaker Patrick received evaluations on over 150 engagements and scored an average of 9.64 out of 10. In 2005, He was elected President of the Illinois Chapter of the National Speakers Association which entailed running a board of 12 and overseeing 17 high quality events. He was selected by his peers to receive the "Member of the Year" award in 2006 and was voted by his peers to receive the "Nick Carter Award" for his "unrelenting enthusiasm and support of the speaking business" in 2007.

Pat is a business owner and entrepreneur who has spent years studying psychology, spirituality, business and personal growth. He has also done his own work, had his own breakthroughs and speaks from experience. He is passionate about learning and personal growth, both his and yours. He is the grateful father of two lovely children, Kayla, 9, and Connor, 7. He is husband to Noelle, his business partner and foundation.
