Patty believes strongly in the title of her first book – "Who I Am Depends on Me!" Patty is a very positive person who continues accomplishing her goals. She knows you can’t just talk about the message – you must be the message. Patty’s programs are always high-energy and interactive. Her energy inspires, so her message sticks!

As a high school student she was an athlete, class officer and national president of Future Business Leaders of America. In these roles she experienced the power of involvement and leadership skill development. In college she was a student government officer, sorority president, panhellenic vice president and state president of Phi Beta Lambda.

Again, she experienced the power of involvement and leadership skill development. In her personal and professional responsibilities Patty knows the power of involvement and the need for continuous learning. She continues to serve as an active member and officer in many professional development organizations. She also continues to serve as Chapter Adviser for a local collegiate organization.

Patty has a Master's of business administration, is past president of the National Speakers Association – Wisconsin Chapter; is the author of the inspirational book, "Who I Am Depends on Me!," now in its fifth printing, and has earned the prestigious designation of Certified Speaking Professional given to less then 650 people in the world. Patty has been a professional speaker since 1987. She is very proud of her business, Hendrickson Leadership Group, Inc., which continues to grow with more than 90 percent repeat and referral clients.
