Experienced with groups both large and small, Paul has the rare ability to relate meaningful strategies and concepts in an engaging environment. Starting his first business while still in high school, Paul was born with entrepreneurial blood. He has since followed his dreams, owning and operating businesses in the fields of sports training, business consulting, and professional speaking. Paul is also the co-founder of the Bright Lights Foundation, an organization dedicated to encouraging youth to find their creative talents and make a positive impact in the community. Award winner, writer, and world traveler, Paul has been internationally published and he writes regularly on topics related to motivation and the world of business.

Prior to starting his own companies, Paul was Canada's youngest multi-shop manager for Laura Secord/Nestle, and was instrumental in Laura Secord's expansion of new retail outlets in Western Canada. Paul came to Laura Secord via McDonald's Restaurants, where he was trained in McDonald's salaried management training program for store managers.
