Paul Dillon  

Paul Dillon is executive producer and host of CN8?s "Let?s Cook with Paul Dillon".

He is an accomplished chef with more than 30 years of experience in the culinary arts.

Each night he presents simple-to-make, easy-to-understand dishes for thousands of loyal "Let’s Cook" viewers. Dillon has received two Emmy award nominations in the best host category for his work on "Let’s Cook".

When he’s not teaching viewers on "Let’s Cook", Dillon is instructing students at the Culinary Arts Institute at Hudson County Community College, where he has taught for more than 18 years.

His colorful personality and a passion for food have taken Dillon to some interesting venues including the 1994 World Cup, where he served as executive chef; the kitchens at six US Open Gold tournaments, and the 1992 Winter Olympics in Albertville, France.

Dillon holds a degree in Applied Science Hospitality Management from Florida International University. He lives in North Bergen County, New Jersey with his wife and three children.
