Paul Goldberger      

Architecture Critic, Design Professor & Contributing Editor at Vanity Fair

Paul Goldberger is a contributing editor at Vanity Fair and holds the Joseph Urban Chair in Design and Architecture at The New School, where he was formerly dean of Parsons School of Design.

From 1997 through 2011, he was an architecture critic for The New Yorker, writing the Sky Line column. In 1984 his architecture criticism was awarded the Pulitzer Prize for Distinguished Criticism, the highest award in journalism.

Goldberger authored numerous books, including BALLPARK: Baseball in the American City. He has advised the Obama Presidential Center, New York Public Library, and others. A trustee of the Forum for Urban Design, among others, his honors include the American Academy of Arts and Letters 2017 Award in Architecture.
