Mr. Paul B. Nahi has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Enphase Energy, Inc. since January 2007. Mr. Nahi served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Crimson Microsystems, Inc. He has more than 20 years' experience in marketing, business development and operations for networking and communications semiconductor companies and in both entrepreneurial and multinational high technology companies. He Co-founded Accelerant Networks and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer. He served as General Manager of the Communications, Media Division and networking division of NEC Electronics. Prior to which he held various marketing positions with Diamond Multimedia Systems, where he served as its Senior Director and as an early member of the executive team, he helped grow Diamond from a small, privately held enterprise to a publicly traded company. He has been a Director for Enphase Energy, Inc. since January 2007. He serves as a Director of Crimson Microsystems, Inc. He has a BS in Computer Engineering and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
