5th and Former President of Intel; Leadership

Mr. Paul S. Otellini served as the Chief Executive Officer of Intel Corporation from May 18, 2005 to May 16, 2013 and its President from January 2002 to May 16, 2013. Mr. Otellini served as the Chief Operating Officer of Intel Corp. from January 2002 to May 2005. He joined Intel in 1974 and has held a number of positions, including General Manager of Intel's Peripheral Components Operation and the Folsom Microcomputer Division and later served as an assistant to then-Intel President Andy Grove in 1989. In 1990, he served the General Manager of the Microprocessor Products Group. He served as Corporate Officer in 1991, a Senior Vice President in 1993 and Executive Vice President in 1996 at Intel. From 1974 to 2002, he held various positions at Intel, including Executive Vice President and General Manager, Intel Architecture Group, and Executive Vice President and General Manager, Sales and Marketing Group. He was employed at Fritz Companies, Inc. He has been a Director of Google Inc. since April 2004. He serves as Director of Autodesk, Inc. He served as a Member of Executive Council at TechNet. He served as a Director of Intel Corporation since May 2002 until May 16, 2013. Mr. Otellini holds an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of San Francisco in 1972.

Otellini received a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of San Francisco in 1972, and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley in 1974. Otellini serves on the board of directors of Google Inc. He also serves on the President's Council on Jobs and Competitiveness.
