Paul Sean Hill is a 25-year veteran of NASA’s iconic Mission Control, where he spent his career learning and living the values he now evangelizes as a speaker and author. In 2007, he became the Director of Mission Operations, a position he held until 2014, responsible for all aspects of human spaceflight mission planning, training, and Mission Control. During his tenure, he transformed the leadership culture and implemented strategies that reduced costs and enhanced capabilities, enabling the continuation of planned missions in space.
