Paul Thallner is an expert in organizational change and transformation and is deeply committed to ending the global workplace stress epidemic. He focuses on building resilient organizations that deliver on mission and strategy while also enabling workers spend less time bouncing back from challenges. He advises global companies, leadership organizations, non-profit advocacy organizations, and start-ups to strengthen resilience at scale to better prepare for the inevitable headwinds we all know are coming.

Thallner is a Principal and member of the global leadership team at Daggerwing Group, a top-10 change consultancy whose Fortune 100 clients hire the firm to ""do change right the first time."" In this role, he has worked with global marketing, communications, and strategic HR organizations to design and implement new ways of working that deliver on KPIs while ensuring a high quality employee experience.

Thallner has illustrated his thought leadership in publications such as Fortune, Thrive Global and Authority Magazine. He is also a frequent contributor to industry publications in the ski and outdoor industry. He has spoken to Fortune 100 companies, start-ups, government agencies, universities, and foundations in North America, Europe, and the Middle East.

In his previous experience, Thallner led major culture integration, transformation, and workplace analysis projects as a partner at Great Place to Work and at his own consultancy, High Peaks Group. He was a Fuse Corps social innovation fellow where his efforts secured a major grant from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to increase the high school graduation rate in the United States.

Thallner holds a M.S. in Organizational Development and Change from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University (recognized as a top O.D. program in the world), a M.A. in English Literature from The College of New Jersey, and a B.A. in English from Gettysburg College. Earlier in his career, he was an English teacher in Slovakia during the country's first year of independence following the Velvet Divorce from Czechia.
