Paul Walsh is a leader in the technology space with more than 20 years of experience across a variety of roles in some of the most respected tech brands in the industry. He currently serves as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Dell. As CIO, Paul is responsible for managing an efficient and innovative global IT enterprise focused on technology breakthroughs for the company and its customers. Prior to his appointment as CIO, Paul was Vice President, Dell Commerce Services (DCS). DCS designs, builds and operates a global Dell Commerce Platform that powers Dell.com, Premier, eSupport and the Dell Sales Application. Extending the reach of this core commerce platform to power a broad range of applications is fundamental to the growth of Dell as a technology product company.

Before joining Dell, Paul worked for Sears Holding Corporation, where he served as Vice President and General Manager, Online Business Commerce Services. At Sears, he led the Commerce Services strategy, overseeing the Sears Marketplace, MyGofer.com, Merchandizing Planning, Fulfillment Strategy & Operations, Customer Service & Sales.

Prior to Sears, Paul held various positions at Amazon.com, Quest Software and Microsoft.
