Paula is the co-founder and director of the Think Broader Foundation, a media consulting 501(c)(3) with the mission of addressing media bias and promoting equality. She previously served as a leadership coach, best-selling author, journalist, professor and Army intelligence officer. From refugee camps to pyramids, she has traveled in more than 70 countries across the globe. Paula is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy, Universities of Denver and Harvard and has studied at Kings College London and the University of Jordan. Paula is also a competitive Olympic-distance triathlete. She and her husband, Scott Broadwell, are parents to two young boys.
