Paula McDade is a mentor on a mission to empower women and girls – a mission she has pursued for over a decade by providing practical tools, imparting knowledge, and sharing experience, strength & hope.

In 2004, Paula founded a nonprofit project called Aim for Success. The initiative was designed to equip teen girls and young women to go into the world and become powerful, productive citizens. She organized one of the first all-girl conferences in the state of Oklahoma to address issues specifically related to adolescent girls. As a survivor of childhood abuse and trauma, she passionately uses her voice to speak to audiences of women and girls across the country. Her story has been featured on several radio, television and print publications.

Paula is also the host of a bi-monthly online and live gathering called "Equip. Empower. Energize!" where she and her co-host discuss issues related to the spiritual growth and needs of women and girls. Paula has written several books including a co-authorship in Amazon bestseller "Igniting the Fire: A Woman's Guide to Setting Ablaze in Ministry, Business and Life", the “Captured and Crowned Devotional”, and an anthology piece in “Hair Goddess”. Her monthly feature articles can also be seen in Connected Woman Magazine in her segment “One Day at a Time with Paula McDade”
