Paula Sweis is an American entrepreneur, advisor, and financial professional from Los Angeles. She is the Founder and Principal of SILVERWEISS International, a financing and strategic advisory company. Started in 2019 after consulting on Main Street, SILVERWEISS focus is on alternative financing and advisory for the middle market.

Prior she worked in corporate entertainment for several large Hollywood studios, as well as asset management. She is apart of the UNA (United Nations of America). Sweis has been named on the Forbes Next 1000 list of 2021. SILVERWEISS, was awarded The Stevie’s Startup of the Year of 2022 by the American Business Awards and Women in Business.
