Dr. Pauline Elwin, founder and CEO of Elwin Innovative Global Consulting LLC, brings over 20 years of dynamic leadership and strategic planning experience. Her expertise spans leadership development, women empowerment, public speaking, and coaching.

Pauline has guided leaders in government organizations, businesses, non-profit organizations to unlock their full potential while advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion. She has been an Advisor for the Distinguished Women in Leadership Certificate Program at the School of Continuing Studies at Richmond University.

Dr. Elwin holds a doctorate in Organizational Leadership, two Master's degrees, and a Bachelor's in Criminology. Her intellectual prowess is further demonstrated through her literary contributions, which include peer-reviewed articles and scholarly pieces, culminating in her doctoral dissertation.
