Pawel Motyl has over 25 years of experience in business, combining roles as an entrepreneur, CEO, and board advisor.

He began his career at the global consulting firm HayGroup (now Korn Ferry), where he spent nearly nine years working on projects related to organizational culture modeling, leadership development, and talent management. Following this, he served as CEO of ICAN Institute, the publisher of "Harvard Business Review Poland," for over seven years, building one of the leading training brands in the Polish market. He then became a managing partner at Leadership Lab, where he spent six years creating and implementing complex development projects for clients around the world. In addition to his roles in leadership, he is also an entrepreneur who delivers inspirational speeches, advises boards, and designs and conducts managerial workshops on a wide range of topics.

Motyl has authored two books based on his experiences. His first book, "Labyrinth: The Art of Decision-Making," was published in 2015 and became a bestseller in "Harvard Business Review Poland" within just four weeks. The book was later translated into English, Chinese, Russian, and Greek. His most recent book, "Schrödinger’s World: Chronicles of an Unpredictable Future," was released at the end of 2020. He is also a contributing author to the essay collections "Work is Love Made Visible: A Collection of Essays About the Power of Finding Your Purpose From the World’s Greatest Thought Leaders" (2018) and "The LIGHT Book 2: Inspiring Experiences and Reflections of Outstanding Leaders" (2022).

Motyl is always in search of new inspirations and best practices from various environments and strives to translate his knowledge and experience into practical solutions for his clients.
