Peggy Clark is the former President and CEO of the International Center for Research on Women, a non-profit worldwide organization working to promote gender equity, inclusion and shared prosperity within the field of international development. A lifelong champion of women’s rights, global health and development, and economic opportunity, Clark led a global team of researchers and practitioners identifying solutions to the most critical issues facing women today.

Clark has held previous leadership roles at the Aspen Institute, and at the Ford Foundation and Save the Children, where she developed and implemented programs in 45 countries across six geographic regions. She was instrumental in passage of the WHO Global Code of Practice on the Ethical Recruitment of Health Workers, and received a Presidential Award for Excellence in Microenterprise from Bill Clinton.
