The Leadership Advocate, 2009 Top Young Trainer, and former Disney University leader

Pete Blank spent 13 years in a variety of roles at the WALT DISNEY WORLD(R) Resort. His most recent role was as a Learning Manager at the Disney University, where he designed, developed, and delivered Career and Professional Development courses for cast members and employees across the Disney organization. Prior to Disney, Pete worked for 2 years as a sports reporter at WBMG-TV 42 in Birmingham.

Pete is the President of ATLAS (Alabama Training, Leadership, And Strategy)(R), where he provides leadership training to corporate, college and church groups. He is also employed by the Personnel Board of Jefferson County as the primary facilitator for all management and supervisory courses.

Pete is an active member for the Birmingham Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and the National Speakers Association (NSA), and was named a "2009 Top Young Trainer" by Training Magazine. He has presented at multiple conferences and seminars, and is passionate about customer service and effective leadership training.
