Pete Lee is a stand-up comedian celebrated for his approachable demeanor and relatable humor. Raised in Janesville, Wisconsin, by divorced parents and a 19-inch television, Lee's Midwestern roots have significantly influenced his comedic style.

Lee's career gained momentum in 2005 when he made his television debut on Comedy Central's "Premium Blend." This exposure led him to relocate to New York City, where he was selected to perform at the Just for Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal.

In 2008, Lee appeared on NBC's "Last Comic Standing," advancing to the semifinals. That same year, he made his acting debut on the CBS soap opera "As the World Turns" and recorded his own Comedy Central Half Hour Special, which garnered him a dedicated following. Lee's career further expanded as he became a writer and cast member on VH1's "Best Week Ever" and FUSE TV's "Video on Trial." He also made his late-night television debut on CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman."

A significant milestone in Lee's career occurred when he became the first stand-up comedian to receive a standing ovation on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon." This achievement led to multiple appearances on the show, solidifying his status in the comedy scene.

Beyond stand-up, Lee has been involved in various television projects, including TruTV's "Greatest Ever" and Comedy Central's "This Week at the Comedy Cellar." He also hosted his own podcast, "Snugglestorm," where he engaged in conversations with fellow comedians.
