Currently, the Company is in preparations to commence production on an action-fantasy franchise, the Legend of 18, which includes a $40 million film, on-line properties and games, as the first cross border, transmedia project between Hollywood and China.

The Company is slated to deliver 10 major titles over the next three years in partnership with a variety of top media and entertainment companies utilizing its cutting edge, tech savvy, and global transmedia platform.

Formerly, Peter was the founder and CEO of Ironpond – a film finance and production entity in partnership with the China Film Group and Endgame Entertainment of the US – that was the first company to establish a private equity style fund in the People’s Republic of China for the purpose of financing films and media.

He also produced RESTLESS, the first official US-Chinese film coproduction and chairs the annual US-China Film Summit with the Asia Society, The Motion Picture Association, the Producer’s Guild of America, and the China Film Co-Production Corporation. He also serves as the chair of Entertainment and Media programs (EMASIA) for the Asia Society of Southern California.

A sought after speaker, Peter has spoken at Variety’s Future of Film Summit, Harvard China Forum, The Global Alliance for Transformational Entertainment, The Game Summit, the US-China Film Summit and is frequently quoted in the media on all things Hollywood-China.

Prior to his start as an entrepreneur, Peter served as policy and political staff in the California State Senate and was responsible for the California Senate Committee on the Pacific Rim, the Entertainment Industry, and Rebuilding Los Angeles. He graduated from UCLA with a BA degree in political science with an emphasis on mass communications, and was a California Senate Fellow.
