Phantom Knoet is a Spoken Word Artist and professional liaison with over 20 years of results-driven experience in private and public sector program development and facilitation, grant writing, brand ambassadorship, quality control and assurance; including, research and development in ethnic populations.
From conducting seminars at universities such as Purdue University and Florida Atlantic University, to facilitating productions at the African American Research Library and Cultural Center in Broward County and the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture in Harlem, she engaged hard-to-reach populations motivating and inspiring them to meet their personal and professional goals.

This seminar introduces participants to low maintenance holistic practices that increase life span, decrease stress, improves internal health, and allows balancing of responsibilities to self versus others. Includes aromatherapy, breath work, meditation, nutritional information, and physical exercises.
