Former Professional Beach Volleyball Player

Phil Dalhausser is a retired Swiss-born American professional beach volleyball player, playing as a blocker. He and his former playing partner, Todd Rogers, were the 2007 AVP Tour and FIVB world champions. Dalhausser and Rogers were Olympic gold medalists at the Beijing 2008 Summer Olympics.

Dalhausser played in 4 Olympic Games (Beijing, London, Rio de Janeiro and Tokyo) winning Gold in Beijing. He has 97 professional wins ranking him 5th on the all time list, and the most individual awards out of any player in beach volleyball history.

Dalhausser authored a legendary career on the beach volleyball world tour circuit, winning four FIVB Most Outstanding Player awards and seven USA Volleyball Male Beach Player of the Year awards.

Now an American volleyball legend, he runs the Phil Dalhausser Beach Volleyball Academy at Boxi Park in Lake Nona, and said he hopes to turn coaching into a lucrative post-playing career.
