Phil Hellmuth

Professional Poker Player Who Has Captured a Record 13 World Series of Poker Bracelets

Arguably the best-known poker player in the world, 13-time World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet winner Phil Hellmuth Jr. has taken the poker world by storm since he became the youngest Main Event winner in tournament series history, a title he would hold for 19 years.

Known as "The Poker Brat," Hellmuth has won nearly $17.5 million in career tournament earnings and is currently ranked eighth on the all-time WSOP Money List and is first by a wide margin in number of all time in-the-money finishes at the WSOP.

Hellmuth is known for his mouth almost as much as his great poker mind, as he continues to dominate most televised poker programming. Also known for his verbal antics at the table, Hellmuth is a fierce competitor who is driven by his desire to be the best poker player the game has ever seen.

A truly charitable player, Hellmuth has spent countless hours raising awareness for numerous charities, proving his heart is as big as his wallet. He is also a savvy businessman away from the poker tables including a bi-weekly column for Card Player Magazine, writing several poker books, and making several instructional videos to boot. In addition, Hellmuth is the founder of Camp Hellmuth, a weekend instructional camp dedicated to helping average players become winners.
