In his role, Phil developed and promoted global space standards, including the award-winning “Smart Working” program which used policies, space and advances in mobile technologies to address evolving workplace preferences and reduce occupancy expenses.

He traveled extensively for all of his roles, including a year working in London, quickly adapting to unique clients, cultures and requirements.
