An entrepreneur at heart, Pixie Paula Dezzutti is the founder, CEO and owner of Local Choice Spirits, a Charleston, South Carolina-based liquor distributor, and Striped Pig Distillery. She also leads Charleston's first women's magazine and media company, Skirt Magazine Media.

Through Local Choice Spirits, Dezzutti hopes to develop and distribute brands with a diverse array of owners -- especially female-led brands. Eager to introduce the spirit industry to blockchain technology, she launched the first spirit-related NFT, and published her first book, "Alphabet Soup: The ABCs of NFTs & Other Blockchain Acronyms."

The mother of nine has been a Tony Robbins-associated business coach for 35 years, routinely writes business advice columns and has a podcast called "Spiritually Speaking With Pixie Paula."

Dezzutti is also the owner of Pixie Records, and owner and CEO of Columbia’s Sycamore BioPharma, which makes organic CBD products, including pain relievers and sleep aids. Her first career was in financial planning, before moving into real estate and other ventures.

Forbes magazine spotlighted Dezzutti on their "50 Over 50" list in 2023. The same year, Enterprising Women Magazine named her one of the “Enterprising Women of the Year” for her contributions to business and leadership. Previously, she was presented with the International Woman of the Year Award (Atlanta chamber) at the Annual International Women’s Day Summit.
