Assistant Officer Organization: Construction Industry Council

Priscilla is an Assistant Officer of the Construction Industry Council (CIC), a statutory body established in February 2007 with an aim to forge consensus on long-term strategic issues, convey the industry’s needs and aspirations to the Government, as well as provide a communication channel for the Government to solicit advice on all construction-related matters.

Priscilla graduated with first-class honours in Linguistics and Fine Arts from the University of Hong Kong and received the CV Starr Scholarship to study at Tufts University in Massachusetts.

Having joined the CIC as a graduate trainee in the fall of 2009, Priscilla has been assisting the formulation of technical guidelines, the drafting of papers and the organisation of forums and seminars for various Committees. This year, she is also responsible for providing management support to the Executive Director of the CIC, Mr Christopher To, who is an active Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum.

Priscilla developed a strong passion for dance and music in her early childhood. In her teenage years, she obtained the Advanced 2 Vocational Award in classical ballet from the Royal Academy of Dance and a distinction in Associate Diploma in piano recital from Trinity College London.

Priscilla also likes traveling and watching cultural performances.
