Priya is a Principal for M12 in the Bay Area and has worked with entrepreneurs both as an investor and an acquirer. Previously, she was part of Square’s Corporate Development team as a Deal Lead, where she worked on several acquisitions in the mobile payments, SMB SaaS and AI & machine learning spaces. Prior to that, Priya was an investor at Saints Capital focusing on direct secondary investments in enterprise SaaS and marketplace startups. She started her career as an Investment Banking Analyst for UBS as part of their Leveraged Finance and Restructuring group. Priya holds a B.S. in Business Administration and graduated with highest honors from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
