Mr. Quincy Smith served as Vice President of Sales Development and Marketing at The HealthCentral Network, Inc. Mr. Smith served as Chief Executive Officer of CBS Interactive Inc. at CBS Corporation and CBS Radio, Inc. from November 2006 to January 2010. Mr. Smith was responsible for overseeing CBS's entire interactive strategy and helping to guide its implementation across CBS's varied divisions and online businesses. In addition, he works closely with CBS's financial team to identify new businesses that could complement CBS's core assets and build its presence in the fast-growing digital counterpart to its existing programming platforms. He served as President of CBS Interactive Inc. from November 2006 to May 2009. He served as Director of Sales Marketing at The HealthCentral Network, Inc. He was a Partner of The Barksdale Group. Prior to founding The Barksdale Group, Mr. Smith served at Netscape as a Senior Director of Corporate Development and Investor Relations since November 1995. At Netscape, he was responsible for 11 acquisitions including Collabra, Kiva Software, Paper Software, @Web and the merger with AOL. He was also responsible for several joint ventures including deals with GE Information Services (Actra), Oracle (Liberate) and Novell (Novynx) as well eight Netscape investments including Red Hat, Excite, Liberate and AtHome. Mr. Smith served as a Silicon Valley I-banker at Allen & Company Inc., Investment Arm. He served as an Investment Banker at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter in both Equity Capital Markets as well as Technology Corporate Finance Divisions. He was involved with included the Internet, software and networking. He Founded Code Advisors. He serves as a Member of Board of Advisors of Common Sense Media, Inc. Mr. Smith received his B.A. in Philosophy from Yale University.
