Radha Agrawal is Co-Founder, CEO, and Chief Community Architect of Daybreaker, a global morning dance, music, and wellness movement spanning five continents, with nearly half a million members worldwide. She is also the co-founder and co-inventor of the feminine hygiene company THINX underwear, a bestselling author, public speaker, DJ, and social entrepreneur who invests in predominantly female-owned businesses.

In 2020, Agrawal and her Daybreaker team embarked on a sold-out tour with Oprah Winfrey, leading 155,000 people through motivational speaking and movement experiences across nine arenas. Her book, "Belong: Find Your People, Create Community, and Live a More Connected Life" reveals the secrets behind building the Daybreaker community without significant advertising, offering insights into creating large and meaningful real-world communities.

Recognized by MTV as "one of eight women who will change the world," Agrawal has earned numerous entrepreneurship awards, including the Tribeca Disruptive Innovation Award. Her current projects include WOW It’s NOW, a series focusing on nature and culture expeditions; the Belong Center, a non-profit aimed at ending loneliness; and The Power of Community Building curriculum. She also spearheads the Secret Soho Social Club, a pop-up social club in Soho, and continues to invest in top brands.
