Raeus earned her BS from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Raeus worked as an addiction counselor for nearly 2 decades and held national and state licenses. Raeus is a Licensed Certified Networker Program Trainer (LCNPT) and a Collaborative Networking Specialist (CNS). She is the President and founder of Knoxville's Referral Exchange Organization (REO, LLC), a business introduction network. Raeus is a member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and serves as VP the TN Chapter.  Raeus is the author of ABC’s of Networking, (a reference guide for attending networking events) and Networking Nexus, (a training course for professionals that want to strategically leverage relationships, referrals and reciprocity).  Her vision is to rid the world of the “dreaded cold call” and towards that end she has not made a cold call since 1998!
