Raina Penchansky is the founder and CEO of Digital Brand Architects, a global influencer management agency. Founded in 2010, DBA currently has offices in New York, Los Angeles and Milan, managing the careers of more than 150 top influencers. Developed prior to the exponential rise of influencer marketing, Penchansky brought her 20-plus years of experience in public relations, digital marketing, events and celebrity management to her role at DBA.

Penchansky previously served as vice president of global communications at Coach, and helped grow the company into a multibillion-dollar brand, conceptualizing and launching talent collaborations crucial to Coach’s global image. She also provided synergy across the brand’s marketing, events and public relations verticals, revitalizing its international standing and foothold as a brand.

Today, Penchansky is a leading voice in defining the influencer space and marketplace. As the force behind the careers of influencers like Song of Style, Something Navy and Cupcakes and Cashmere, she has applied her talent for brand building to DBA clients’ goals. In addition to providing talent management, multifaceted marketing strategy and consulting, DBA also owns Digital Brand Products, an innovative company for influencers to launch consumer products.

Named one of Variety’s 80 Women of Power, Penchansky lives in Los Angeles.
