Rainer Krumm

Rainer Krumm, management trainer and coach, is the director, owner and head of axiocon. He studied business and human resource education and strategic business management at the Ludwig-Maximilians University of Munich. For eleven years he was engaged in business consulting with the main emphasis on personnel development of which 5 years as a partner and member of the management board. Rainer Krumm has accompanied processes of change in numerous international projects, implemented management philosophies in businesses, carried out creative team workshops and coached top management.

He specializes in strategic international personnel development and is the head of axiocon. Rainer Krumm has consulted and trained in 17 different countries with people from more than 36 different nationalities. One project which he managed was given the International German Training Award in 2006. He regularly publishes his experiences in numerous specialist articles and books. He is also pleased to provide training in the English language.
