Raj Mistry is Co-founder and Managing Director of Lynx Resource Partners.

Prior to co-founding Lynx, Raj served as a Director in the Finance and Sub-surface groups at American Energy Partners. There, he was involved in more than $3 billion of upstream capital raises, investments and A&D in the Permian Basin, Utica Shale, Oklahoma, Australia, Argentina’s Vaca Muerta Shale and Mexico.

He also worked as an investment banker at Citigroup in their Houston-based Global Energy Group where he was involved in more than $3 billion of upstream capital raises, IPOs and M&A deals.

Raj earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Honors and Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.

Raj was recognized by Forbes Magazine as the featured honoree of the “30 Under 30 in Energy” for 2019.
